How to Track Your Order.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info.
Check your shipping confirmation email. It will contain your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website.
What if tracking hasn’t updated?
Sometimes tracking takes 24 hours to activate. If it hasn’t updated after 48 hours, reach out to us.
When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. If you order during a sale or holiday, processing may take a bit longer.
Business days only. We ship Monday through Friday. We don’t process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Do We Ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Here's how international shipping works: We ship to most countries. Available shipping options will appear at checkout.
Duties and taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Contact us here with international shipping questions.
Our Return Policy
Items purchased directly from our website may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund to the original form of payment or store credit for the full price of the item(s). The item(s) must be unopened, unworn, and free of any visible damage. The total amount refunded will be credited to your payment method used at the time of purchase (minus shipping and handling fees) or as store credit once the package arrives at our facility and the item(s) are inspected.
Items that are ineligible for a refund
• Returned after 30 days from the date of shipment
• Condition of product is unsatisfactory for resale (stains, pet hair, unpleasant scent, worn, washed)
• Items sold in Mystery Packs/Boxes or Clearance Section
• Items purchased on-site at a festival or event
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be verified. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been approved. From that point, your refund will take 3-5 business days to return to your account.
International Returns
Please be aware that international returns are subject to different limitations. Due to significantly increased international return costs, all international returns are ineligible for a paid return shipping label.
After shipping, please forward your receipt for tracking details. Once we receive your tracking information to confirm it is en route to the fulfillment center, your refund or store credit will be issued and you will be notified.
Exchanges
Due to constantly fluctuating inventory levels and product availability, we are unable to guarantee exchanges. If a customer wishes to exchange an item or items, their best option is to reach out to customer service within 30 days of receiving your order.
